Free Delivery Zone: All deliveries between Arnosvale and Campden Park are 100% FREE.

Registration Requirements: All prospective sellers must complete the Vendor Registration Form to be considered for a storefront.
Legal Compliance:
Vendors are responsible for ensuring their business is registered according to the Registration of Business Names Act of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Sellers of food or pre-packaged goods must comply with SVG National Standards for labeling (e.g., SVGNS 1: PART 3: 2010 for foods).
Order Fulfillment: Vendors are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and fulfillment of the products they list. Shop-SVG.com acts as a facilitator and payment processor via the Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Product Standards: All products must be “fit for purpose” and of satisfactory quality as per local consumer guidelines.
3. Returns and Refunds
Inspection Period: Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders immediately upon receipt.
Faulty Goods: If an item is found to be faulty or does not conform to the description, customers are entitled to a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in its original condition.
